- Intraday trading is classified as a trading in which we buy or Sell stock on the same day and square it off on the same day that means if a stock is going up then we will buy that stock and at the end of day or before the End of day we will exit from that stock and we will book the profit or loss whatever the stock has performed. This type of trading is classified as a Intraday trading because the buy and sell both happens in the same day.
- In intraday trading we get leverage from brokers. Broker provides 5X leverage as of now that means if we have 5000 rupees we can buy for 25000 or sale for 25000. This is an additional benefit of an Intraday trading.
- We can do intraday trading in stocks futures options. there are multiple strategies in which we can trade on the daily basis to get a fixed income on monthly basis but in order to become profitable in intraday trading we need to follow discipline, consistency and a back-tested profitable strategy.
